I am amazed at where the internet has gone.

Simple pictures and text has become a multi-media experience. If you are lucky enough to have the patience and bandwidth, you get to play. If you don't, it can be very frustrating. I also have a bachelor's degree and twenty years experience running a business, but I don't think you need that to know that frustrating customers is not a good idea. Just because technology can do it, doesn't mean you should!
I like to keep it simple and use the internet to:

• Introduce your business
• Answer simple questions
• Encourage direct contact
